Registration Deadline: Wednesday, April 30

Payment Deadline: Thursday, May 1

Opportunities Viewable to Candidates: Friday, May 2

  • Viewability of your posting (and any Information Session) is contingent upon payment of registration and sponsorship fees

Application Period: Monday, May 12 - Sunday, May 18

Sponsors: Optional Information Session on your virtual platform: May 3 - 11

Applications Available in Symplicity: Monday, May 19

Selections Due in Symplicity: Tuesday, May 27

Draft Schedule viewable in Symplicity: June 6

  • Maximum 17 interviews per day, 10 - 6 ET
  • 20 minute interviews with 5 minute breaks between

Interviewer Names Due in Symplicity: June 9

Virtual Interviews on Flo Recruit: 10 - 6 ET on June 12 and/or June 13

  • Link to each day's interview schedule sent by email the day prior
  • Program administrators available in a Zoom workroom during the entire event
